I'm writing a report on the centrifuge, but I'm stuck at writing about who invented it. Wikipedia says it was Antonin and Alexander Prandtl, but I can't find more information about the two. I also found another page saying it was a dane called Laurits Christian Nielsen. I hope that some of you know more about this subject. Almost anything can be used at this point. Thanks in advance!

There is also a lot more in German, I bet you can find a lot if you google zentrifugieren AND milch AND Prandtl. Plus you can use translate if you don't speak German. Hope that helps
This article gives details of the Swedish inventor Gustav de Laval, who (to my knowledge) patented the first practical centrifugal cream separator. He went on to build the very succesful company Separator (now Alfa Laval), making fluid centrifuges. In the article, an unnamed German inventor is credited with the original idea, but I lack further information on this.
