Hermann Goering was to be Hitler's successor, though I expect there would have been some kind of power struggle, perhaps involving Himmler and the SS. With Goering in charge, considering that he was an eccentric, arrogant morphine addicted man, induct of the war on the part of Germany might have been slightly better than with Hitler in charge, or about the same. The war could be longer and bloodier, but the result would have been the same: defeat for the Reich. Pure speculation really, but to answer your question, Goering would have taken over (most likely).
