Im working on a project for School, but i have always been interested in this myself. It is called the counter culture and was against the norms of society at the time, however were the hippies ever beaten back or had laws put in place to control them? Im having trouble looking it up and if someone who knows about this (or lived through it) could give me a little help on what happened or how to phrase it to reasearch i would be very appeciative.
