Can someone explain how Inca allowed for dead people to still have estates? What rules governed these estates? What is the differences between that and a modern limited liability corporation?

I think you're talking about the Panaca system where the estates of dead emperors were held intact and run by a cult on their behalf, separate from the wealth of the current Emperor. Am I right?
