Sorry, this is also only on Hulu's criterion collection, but the Age of the Medici is great. While it's not perfect by any means, I love how many notaries are all over the place and the weird bits are great examples of Italian postwar nationalism and national identity.
John Adams (with Paul Giamatti as the lead) is amazing, and from everything I've read, remarkably accurate.

Still, in any field, the word 'accurate' is tricky. It sort of leads down a rabbit hole. For example, we have a lot of evidence that Bach improvised over his own pieces. So we can set up a period-correct keyboard instrument, although the materials they used are scarce, and we can find a period correct room, but we will never know how Bach improvised.
In the end, all modern reproductions must be filtered through a modern lens, to some degree.
With that said, I like Our World War, and many of the masterpiece/bbc productions are well done historically. Another good wwI movie is bird song, but that may only be on Amazon.
Does Netflix still have Letters from Iwo Jima in their library? Because that's definitely one of the better researched history movies I've seen. They apparently (I don't speak Japanese myself, so I can only go by accounts of friends here) even got the Japanese right (except some minor anachronisms in the choice of words) - something American movies apparently have always been extraordinarily bad at.
If you haven't seen it, you owe it to yourself to watch Ken Burns' The Civil War. As documentaries go, it's very solid. It's far from definitive and not without its flaws, but it's impossible to fully cover a topic as vast as the Civil War in eight hours. Listening to Shelby Foote ramble is one of my guilty pleasures.
Charlie Victor Romeo is a delightfully terrifying movie that re-enacts cockpit voice recorders before the crash.
It happens so fast. One of the more disconcerting movies I've seen.
