Remember that a whole lot of the Nazis' conceptions of racial superiority stem from shitty pseudoscience, which the Norse wouldn't have had any conception of, and that race as we think of it today is largely an invention by 18th and 19th century Europeans. So if your question is "would the Norse have been Nazis," then the answer is probably no, because a lot of basic tenets of Nazism wouldn't have made any sense to someone in the tenth century AD
