I just googled this question and this thread came up.

Pity it hasn't been answered, but hopefully one day!

I found a few things in my search, but they don't meet this sub's rules and you can just do the same Google search.

I hope this post doesn't violate the rules, as I've not given a satisfactory answer but only comments. If it does I apoloize, I was just hoping a month later with more attention some contributors might notice.
