For my A-Level course I need to write 2 essays on 1 area of history, one looking at an event, person, development or movement that was important, and one applying the significance of that across a wider time frame. I was wondering if out there there was any Degree level (or slightly lower) resources that could help me, and that you would recommend
I'd like to help, and I'm sure I could come up with something, but I'm not sure I fully understand what you're looking for.
Are you looking for a book, journal article(s), or something else? And, are you looking for information on one event in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, or an overview of it? I can say definitively that if you want something on an overview of the conflict, you'll need a book. But if you'd like to talk about a niche topic inside of it, like say the effect of air power in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, or the effect of the 1967 war on what justifications are used for war, or something like that, I could probably find you some journal articles.
I just need to understand a bit more of what you're looking for, since I don't know what A-Level really is or how rigorous/detailed this has to be :).
