There are translations of books from Quebec. Otherwise most books on Quiet Revolution that aren't in French are from Canadian historians / sociologists.

The only one I found is this but there are no rates at all so I couldn't say if it's good or not.

Not that anyone would recommend using Wikipedia if you're doing serious researches, but if you look at the English Wiki page of the quiet revolution and look at the sources, you might find some interesting stuff:

Also if you read books in French (or their translations) they seem to be more centered on the vision of Quebec as a distinct entity (ie: They'll mention the Nation of Quebec, the People of Quebec, they'll talk more about the idea of independence which really jumpstarted in the 1960's) while if you read the books from English Canadian authors, they seem to view Quebec's Quiet Revolution in a more pan-Canadian way without taking into account the fact that many major actors of the QR were in fact separatists and did everything they did with only Quebec in mind. Both can be interesting, but you have to keep in mind the possible bias of both sides when reading the books.

Most of what you'll ever read about the Quebec/Canada politics is going to be insanely biased on one side or the other. I've yet to find an article on Quebec that isn't either promoting or demonizing independence.
