U.S. President Taft was very fat, weighing (according to Google) 350lbs. His weight made him the butt of many jokes, including unverified anecdotes of him getting stuck in a bathtub.
He also became the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1921-1930 (the only President to hold that position). Between his presidency and his tenure as Chief Justice he taught at Yale Law School.
