There's little info I can give you, but here's what I have:
Export of Japan mainly consisted mainly of silver, copper, iron, sulfur, camphor wood, rice and other grains, but also lacquerware, fans, ironware and other crafted goods.
Import for traders mainly were luxury goods, such as Chinese raw silk (mostly imported from Nanking to Kyuushuu), gold, lead and spices. From the Dutch and Chinese in particular, they imported lots of medicins and medicinal books. Even sometimes western craftsmanship found it's way to Japan in the form of glass and watches.
