For this question there really are far too many variables to be able to make serious assumptions. For starters, you would have to define what victory meant for the Axis powers and where the Allies would have been willing to draw the line for surrender.

There is an insane number of "what ifs" involved here. Too many to give any sort of realistic answer.

Most importantly, what do you consider "winning the war"?

How do you define victory? Are we doing the traditional victory, with the conquered forced to sign peace treaties and make concessions?
