I don't quite know where to start or if this is the right place to ask, so to keep it short:
I recently stumbled across this picture of my great-great-grandfather (the one in the overall, second one from the left) named Jean-Pierre Engel. He owned one of the first garages (Garage JP. Engel, as seen in the photo) and fuel pumps in the capitol-city of Luxembourg. I have a small bunch of pictures of him and did some research a few years ago but this photo is new to me. And I figured I could perhaps find out who the other men in the picture are.
The shot was taken after the liberation of Luxembourg-City, probably in 1944. The numbers on the tank are "5A435AA" on the left and "B7" on the right side, I don't know if that can somehow point me toward's the right direction.
Sorry if this is the false place to ask such questions, but I'm really curious to find out about these things.

You're going to have a really hard time with this, if not impossible. Without any context, it's impossible to say who a handful of random people in a photo are. Was your grandfather serving in the military at the time? If he was, and he's deceased, you should be able to order a copy of his military service records from the country he served with. From there you could determine the unit he was serving with during the liberation of Luxembourg, and from there go find a regimental association, or veterans group from that unit. If anyone from the photo is still alive, or their family members would recognize them, there's a slim chance you might be able to identify one or two of them, but it's pretty slim.
But based on your post, I assume he was a civilian during the war? If that's the case, you may be SOL. The serial number on the tank isn't a designation of a corps or unit, and there's no visible insignia on any of the uniforms, which makes the chances of identification next to impossible.
