Since we can confirm that Jesus did in fact exist as a real person, have we been able to find substantive evidence on his body's remains or its whereabouts?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: The historical consensus is that Jesus most likely did exist as a real person, but beyond that there is not a huge degree of consensus about what we can claim about him. But given that (almost) all accounts involve his crucifixion by Roman authorities, the chance of identifying any remains of 1st century Jews is pretty low to begin with, let alone how you would confirm that it was a particular person about which you have not enough information to identify. E.g. what exactly would tell you that an amazingly preserved body's remains did in fact belong to Jesus?
