I would think that not really. The March of the Ten Thousand was undertaken to install a claimant on the persian throne, in a context of Spartan-Persian collaboration. Alexander's invasion on the other hand was undertaken to conquest Persia, and was an elaboration of what Philip II had already planned and started.

In any event, I think any other influence on Alexander's ambition to conquer "Asia" would have been greatly overshadowed by that exerted on him by his father.
