This is definitely a form of Devanagari, the family of scripts used to write Hindi, Sanskrit, Bengali, and other languages of the Indian subcontinent. It's oriented correctly in the left-hand image. You can see an example of Devanagari text here. (This is a sample of a typeface; the blue § symbols aren't part of the script.)

The prominent horizontal line is called the shirorekha, and is one of Devanari's most recognizable features.

Someone just confirmed it to be a mirrored Arabic text, heavily stylized. It would say 'we all in... (she can't read last word).
