It claims to be a picture of Lincoln taken in 1901 when they moved the body. The picture is in the last 20 seconds or so of the video, if you want to just skip to that, but the whole thing is pretty short
Doesn't appear to be. I'm not sure if any chemicals were used, but I can only comment on how well his face appears to be intact. Except those raccoon eyes. Which look painted.
