Pre-Nazi, just so everyone knows I am not a Hitler fan. My husband found this under some wood siding as some sort of cloth wallpaper... From a old house North Park/OldTown area SD on the hill overlooking the San Diego airport. the It has all these rune-like symbols. Indian maybe? A little wierd as wallpaper no?
It seems to be something called a "403 error."
