Are there any high ranked nazi officials still alive to this day?

I've watched some documentaries about jews that survived through nazi encampment, but I never heard of any real high ranking officials living to tell the tale. Are there any that have gone public?

No, not really. The Simon Wiesenthal Center's most wanted list for 2015 includes 10 names, all of them holding junior positions in the Nazi regime — the most senior is Gerhard Sommer, who held the rank of Untersturmführer (junior lieutenant) in the SS.

There were some senior Nazi officials who disappeared after the war — for example, Martin Bormann, Hitler's private secretary and one of the most powerful figures in the regime, was never apprehended. There were rumours, conflicting reports and conspiracy theories around Bormann for years, but in 1998 his remains were conclusively identified and it's now generally accepted that he committed suicide in May 1945 while trying to escape Berlin.

Alois Brunner, a key aide to Adolf Eichmann, was for years believed to having been living in Syria. Various attempts were made to locate and extradite him, but were unsuccessful — the Wiesenthal Center now believes that he died there in 2010. As an SS-Hauptsturmführer and a key administrator of the Holocaust, he was generally regarded as the last senior Nazi left alive.
