I know blacks and whites were not allowed to marry during this time, but what about Asians, Hispanics, Arabs, etc.? Also, were they allowed to marry amongst each other (example: a Hispanic and an Asian)?

tl;dr yes. These laws were about protecting white purity not really banning interracial marriages. That being said i'm not sure about hispanics since that's a ethnicity not a race and the definitions can be tricky (i mean Mitt Romney was technically hispanic)
