If you were to phrase it more neutrally - "How were racial and ethnic tensions dealt with in the Soviet Union" or something like that - that would be fine, but as stated, we would prefer not to see a thread turn into a debate about how Russia currently deals with such matters since, as you no doubt know, that can be a rather acrimonious one.
