The only plan I know of is the Madagascar Plan.

As part of the peace concessions, Germany would take Madagascar from France. Then, over a period of 4 years, the Jews of Europe would be moved to Madagascar which would become a SS police state. Whilst it was widely considered the Final Solution to the Jewish question it was postponement after the failure to defeat the British in the Battle of Britain, and permanently shelved after the Wansee conference.
