Yes he could have. On the 26th of April, Hitler summoned Field Marshal Robert Ritter von Greim from Munich to Berlin to take over command of the Luftwaffe instead of Goring, who had recently committed "treason". On 28 April in the midst of the Battle of Berlin , Hitler ordered von Greim to leave Berlin and fly to Plön, so that he could arrest Heinrich Himmler on the charge of treason (power figures were rapidly falling out of favor for perceived treason as Hitler's state rapidly deteriorated) . Von Greim took off from a small aircraft on the Tiergarten airport before the approaching Red Army, who were afraid it was indeed Hitler in the plane.

The reason I'm telling this is that whilst Hitler could not be convinced by anyone to leave the bunker, such was his conviction that either he prevail or go down with his Reich, but had he wanted to he could have in a similar way as Von Greim. It would have been very dangerous, but guests came and left the Führerbunker up until the end.
