Considering Nazi Germany's economic successes during the 1930s, would I be correct in stating that the NSDAP were what Germany needed at the time? Did they deliver on all of the promises they made during the 1933 election? Do people overlook the NSDAP's successes due to the Holocaust?

What economic successes? The NSDAP simply rode on the wave of an already recovering German economy and rapidly expanded the military through rearmament. This resulted in a temporary boost in GDP that would have ultimately led to massive economic collapse were it not for the conquest of varying territories. Hitler and the NSDAP intentionally manipulated the German economy into a situation where Germany was ultimately faced with a choice in April 1939: invade Poland, or face economic collapse in the next year.
