In the war against Iran they used weapons bought from the Brazil, I think they used two types of tanks, the EE-9 Cascavel and the EE-11 Urutu, in 2003 EE-9 Cascavel was still in use, in 2008 the americans recovered 35 EE-9 Cascavel and returned then to the new Iraq army.
