Well /u/Dubstripsquads flagged me (I don't appreciate the term "Hitlerphile" btw, we prefer the term Hitler-realists).

I really don't know what to say. Hitler escaping to some South American backwater is a common enough feature in conspiracy theories....which leads me to believe this is a fake, probably intended for some trolling purposes.

Either way I can confirm that Hitler died in Berlin in April of 1945 and did not have a son named Rudolf. Besides that I'm not really sure what is going on, I guess someone could have been pulling a hoax on the Brazilian government, but that would be a secondary guess.
