Does this quote have any historical basis/ primary source?

You can find this quote everywhere online, but the every source seems to lead back to Keller. For such a famous quote, it seems odd that there is no picture of the inscription available or any other documentation.

I believe this is one of Charles Bailly's inscriptions.

The first image reads: "The most unhapy man in the world is he that is not pacient in adversities. For men are not killed with the adversities they have but with the impacience which they suffer."
