Your homework can't be just, 'tell me which of these two immensely important historical concepts is more historically significant' as that is utterly subjective. Which of the two interests you? They will both have an impossible number of citations to choose from, as again these are two hugely important things, they were both significant at the time, and both remain significant, though obviously Maoism possesses more obvious modern ramifications.
I think your definition of significance needs reworking also, you're basically asking 'how important were these things? How can I measure their importance.' well for things as historically as significant you can't really just tally up influence, those three things are all immensely influential.
Finally, the answer to the specific questions you pose are ones you should answer yourself tbh, that's the assignment right? Like, all of the information for those three concepts is out there, pick which interests you the most and do some research...
Is this a homework question? It says in our rules: Our users aren't here to do your homework for you, but they might be willing to help. Remember: AskHistorians helps those who help themselves. Don't just give us your essay/assignment topic and ask us for ideas. Do some research of your own, then come to us with questions about what you've learned. This is explained further in this [META] thread. You can also consider asking the helpful people at /r/HomeworkHelp.
