Whilst Hitler (and by extension the Nazis) hated all the examples you have given, Nazi ideology is slightly different in the sense that it's a racial term; the annihilation of the Jewish race as opposed to say just those practicing Judaism. Some examples of this are in the Nuremberg Laws, which includes people who may not identify as Jewish but have Jewish parents or grandparents, or children with one Jewish parent. So to say the hatred was just confined to practicing Jews would not be true. I hope I answered some of your question
