Not really, apart from the fact that they appear to occupy the same geographical area. Historians don't know who the Philistines were as they are only referenced in the bible, however the common consensus suggests they could have come from the Aegean or Egypt. Most Palestinians however are Muslim, a religion which didn't exist until the the 6/7th Century, and as an Abrahamic faith are probably more connected to the monotheistic tribes which lived in the Arabian Peninsula, many of which were sects of Judaism or Christianity.
