I've been casually researching vikings and the Norse in general over the past few years, and recently been thinking that pirates are kind of like vikings with gunpowder. And I got to wondering if there were actually a substantial amount of Nordic pirates during that time, or was it mostly the English and whoever else?
Not really well informed of the piracy age yet, sadly.
