I'm talking about things like this, which claims that Apartheid SA had 170 murders/year against a 20,000+ since majority rule. Obviously, the political inclinations of the people who made this are scummy white supremacists who you don't trust to be honest, hence why I'm asking if there is there any truth to the idea that criminal justice was more efficient in ApSA?
