It appears to be somewhere between 5,500-7,700 nuclear warheads. No doubt it would be enough to cause a global-scale calamity, especially when knock-on effects (fallout, climate disruption) are taken into account. Especially if that was the intent - it might not be as effective if, say, all the weapons were used against a single state.
