I don't think I am able to respond to the entity of your question to the standards of this sub.

One of, if not the earliest gun law in the US was a 1813 Kentucky law that band the carrying of concealed weapons though not the ability to carry them in public so long as they where holstered. This law was struck down in the courts some years later.

In the same pre civil war period Arkansas, Indiana and Alabama also banned concealed weapons and Georgia banned pistols altogether.
