Old family myth claims royal Romanian blood from.... Somewhere. Just wondering if it's a possibility at all. All I know for sure is we were there a "long, long time" until the 1800s. Thanks!
I don't know if this is really a question that could be answered historically. Of course it's certainly possible, but there wouldn't likely be a record of such a thing. Also, IIRC, for a large chunk of this time period there was no Romanian royalty, as Romania was under Suzerainty of the Ottoman Empire.
