Hi, this question has been removed: as suspected, this really isn't the sub for this question. First, this subreddit has a "20-year rule" which prohibits discussion of recent events (so, anything post-1995). This is problematic in this case because while the original OJ Simpson trial was >20 years ago, there were further actions/events which occurred too recently. Secondly, this subreddit prohibits respondents from stating personal opinion, or speculating.

Not sure where you might take this question, but perhaps one specializing in USA legal issues.
