During WW2 we called the "enemies/badguys" Axis. Did they call themselves that and us Allies or did they have their own names for us, and what were they?

Just to answer half that question, the Axis powers were called that because of the "Rome-Berlin Axis" (Mussolini declared that the world would revolve on the Rome-Berlin access. I'm not sure if that was ever an official title, but it was certainly a name of their own creation). Japan was officially part of the Tripartite Pact. I'm not sure if they ever internally referred to themselves as an Axis power.
