Hello! Recently i was reading in Wikipedia about the Bulgaria - Serbia relations and I tried to figure out why were they so bad. I'm not asking for opinions, I want to know which country historically is to blame for these relations, which country was acting worst against the other and why relations became this bad? I know, I said i've read about it, but Wikipedia still doesn't make some things clear. Thanks in advance!
