The Nazis did not not attempt to exterminate or put Sorbs in concentration camps because they did not consider them Slavs, but instead German Aryans who mistakenly spoke a Slavic language. However, they were somewhat persecuted in that the Nazis tried to rid them of their Slavic language by closing their schools and such.
