Western civilization seems to have left us an overwhelming degree of textual written evidence, but compared to other civilizations like Persia, India, and China how does it hold up?

Most of what I read is based on western tradition, such as the works of Homer and other Greek and Renaissance playwrights, storytellers, and historians. But in terms of amount of content, how does western civilization hold up when when compared to Farsi, Sanskrit, and Chinese? Am I just biased because all I've ever read is about western civilization, or is the amount of evidence and heritage from Rome and Greece superior to everywhere else?

Just for comparison, Sanskrit scholars used number ranging from 10^34 to 10^-12. And believed in life of epoch of world cycle to be order few trillion days. Each have their own unique ways, Because of Industrialization , Colonization and biased glorification during 16 to 20 century where skin colored played important role, Some cultures appear superior and some you never hear . If you start looking at each one, every thing is very unique and hold more knowledge then one might think.
