Was this actually posted on Facebook? This map was originally posted a couple weeks ago on /r/Imaginarymaps. It's a draft of a map for a fictional setting. A week or so later it got posted to /r/badhistory and /r/mapporn, where it was misunderstood by some to represent pre-colonization North America. If you look at the date on the map, it says it's approximately 2015.
