Did the battle of Karansebes actually happen?

by Snowchill

I've read the battle may never have happened, because let's be honest, I can't believe the Austrians would just lose 10,000 men by themselves. So, did it actually happen?

The sources are some 30-60 years after the event: http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2014/04/battle-karansebes/

Which really surprised me. The Austrian army was generally good at documenting things and archiving documents. I am sure the reports of the offers to the superiors should be somewhere in the Österreichisches Staatsarchiv. German language Wiki does not say much - it is similarly sceptical and says sources are too late. Where the eff are the military orders and reports of the time actually archived?
