Just scanning through this article, the author seems to lay the blame squarely on the US for the all deaths related to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, the Chinese intervention in the Korean War, the Cambodian genocide, all deaths in the past 60 years of Colombian Civil War, the current human rights situation in Chad, the Indonesian invasion of East Timor, the Iran-Iraq war, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the division of Pakistan and Bangladesh, and all deaths related to the break-up of Yugoslavia...The author blames the US for all deaths in a lot of other coups, conflicts, and dictatorial actions, but I thought those were the ones worth mentioning.
