So, my girlfriend showed me this coin, whose grandfather gave it to her. Apparently it's an ancient roman coin that was passed down for generations. Its also about 1/8 of an inch thick, if that's relevant. Can anyone give me more information on it?

This is the exact same coin in a little better condition, like the image states this is a Bronze coin minted under Antoninius Pius from 138-161. Pius' reign was a peaceful this coin could have been minted any year under his reign stated above.
