Well that's hard to answer for a multitude of reasons:

• Different cultures and political systems would have different military structures within medieval Europe.

• Different lords/rulers may have different unit composition, and their choices may have been decided purely on what was and wasn't available at the time.

• Unit composition may have been determined by opponent and/or battle, depending on the scenario.

• Classification of troops isn't so binary. There are professional soldiers, liege/royal guards, mercenaries, knights, militia, etc.

Even if you were to narrow down your question, I probably couldn't answer it (I lack the in-depth knowledge), but as it is currently, it seems much too vague to get a true estimate.
