Well that's hard to answer for a multitude of reasons:
Different cultures and political systems would have different military structures within medieval Europe.
Different lords/rulers may have different unit composition, and their choices may have been decided purely on what was and wasn't available at the time.
Unit composition may have been determined by opponent and/or battle, depending on the scenario.
Classification of troops isn't so binary. There are professional soldiers, liege/royal guards, mercenaries, knights, militia, etc.
Even if you were to narrow down your question, I probably couldn't answer it (I lack the in-depth knowledge), but as it is currently, it seems much too vague to get a true estimate.
