I spotted this photo in /r/HistoryPorn and wondered how many of these men, who were high-ranking enough to share the podium with Hitler as he declared war on the United States, managed to survive the war.
Rather a lot of people to identify, especially given blurriness at the back. And I'm no expert visual identifier of Nazi's, but . . .
The senior position is front row, stage right (the empty chair on the aisle being Hitler's). Presumably lots of readily identifiable bigwigs front left, but only one in frame I'd guess at is Darre (Food Minister).
Front right, it's Goebbles (Propaganda minister), I think Frick (Interior Minister), Field Marshals Keitel and von Brauchitsh, Grand Admiral Raeder, von Ribbentrop (Foreign Minister).
Goering obviously in the big chair (in his role as Pres. of the Reichstag). Probably Martin Bormann (Nazi Party "CEO") on Goering's right. Baldy second from aisle in second row is Funk (Economic minister, Reichsbank president). Maybe Alfred Rosenberg behind him, with fingers locked.
Of these named, only Bormann, Goebbels and Hitler, himself, did not survive the war. Most of the rest died in prison--by execution or otherwise--none of these living past 1948.
Those who survived incarceration are Raeder, Funk, and Darre. Raeder being last to die in 1960. [Edit: Adding von Krosigk (Finance Minister, appointed last Nazi head of Government after Hitler died) as man in black, on aisle, second row. After a short prison term, he lived until 1977.]
Stage right are the government benches. In the first row, from right to left, are Joachim von Ribbentrop (Foreign Minister), Erich Raeder (Commander-in-chief of the Navy), Walther von Brauchitsch (Commander-in-chief of the Army), Wilhelm Keitel (Chief of the Supreme High Commando of the Wehrmacht), Wilhelm Frick (Interior Minister) and Joseph Goebbels (Propaganda Minister).
In the second row, from right to left, are Lutz Graf Schwerin von Krosigk (Finance Minister), Walther Funk (Economics Minister), Walther Darré (Agriculture Minister), Bernhard Rust (Education Minister), Hanns Kerrl (Church Minister), Hans Frank (Minister Without Portfolio, Governor-General of the General Government), Julius Dorpmüller (Transport Minister), Arthur Seyss-Inquart (Minister Without Portfolio, Reichskommissar for the Occupied Dutch Territories) and Fritz Todt (Armaments Minister).
In the third row, from right to left: Alfred Rosenberg (Minister for the Occupied Eastern Territories), Otto Meissner (Minister and Chief of the Presidential Chancellery of the Führer and Chancellor) and Johannes Popitz (Minister without Portfolio).
Kerrl died in 1941, Todt died 1942 in an aircraft crash; Popitz was executed on 2 February 1945 for High Treason; Goebbels and Rust commited suicide at the end of the war; Dorpmüller died shortly after the end of the war; Ribbentrop, Keitel, Frick, Frank and Seyss-Inquart were executed in 1946; Brauchitsch died in 1948, Darré and Meissner in 1953, Funk and Raeder in 1960, Krosigk in 1977.
