I just finished listening to Hitler's declaration of war on the US. He accused Roosevelt of inciting war with Germany using specific incidences (such as US escort-ships attacking a u-boat in Greenland on Sept. 29, 1941). Are there any resources that discuss these accusations in his speech in depth?

I am not familiar with the specific incidents in Hitler's speech, but there were certainly multiple engagements between US and German forces through out 1941.
