I'm not sure what level of image quality you're looking for, but the Imperial War Museum has a vast collection of several kinds of media on the Second World War. It's what I usually use for first hand historical photography.

From a cursory glance at the results I got after typing in 'aerial' as the most general search-phrase I could think of, as well as specifying certain WWII campaigns and for the search to only turn up images, there is a wide range of several locations, battles and campaigns that were aided by the air force.
