Did white children often mistreat the slaves who raised them?

I don't mean back talking like all children do, but throwing things, lynching, murder etc...

Are you asking "did children raised by slaves do these things while still children" or "did children raised by slaves do these things later as adults"?

How is that Ikonovich can speculate but others can't? The real answer is that it depended on the family in question. Many considered it their Christian duty to be kind to, and try to 'raise up' their slaves. Sometimes religiosity was the biggest factor in how slave children were treated.
