Can I make a request for reading suggestions in this subreddit? If not can someone point me in the right direction? If so, then can someone suggest to me some material on multiple subjects: life in the Middle Ages, in which I already have A Distant Mirror, but anything similar or better? And also, battle breakdowns from multiple timelines? Colonial eras specifically, more in depth breakdowns of specific battles then the wars themselves.
Hey OP, I don't have anything personal to offer you since what you're probably looking for in terms of "Middle Ages" is probably far away from what I talk about, however you might want to give the book list a try - it should be more than enough to give you a cursory overview, which from there you might be able to ask further questions and inquiries into what books you can read to expand your knowledge.
